Día de los Muertos02Nov 2014- 6 pm to 12 midnight -
November 2nd is Día de los Muertos: Day of the dead!
Día de los Muertos is not unlike Halloween, but in Mexico, we have two spooky occasions, not one: Día de los Angelitos, or Day of the Little Angels, on November 1st and Día de los Muertos – Day of the Dead – on November 2nd.
Día de los Muertos is the day that Mexicans honour friends and family members that have passed on. However, the day is also celebrated with calaveras (skulls) – skull masks, sugar skulls, chocolate skulls or even bread made into skull shapes. Some people believe these Día de los Muertos items can bring good luck.
This year Cactus Cantina will be honouring Día de los Muertos with lime margaritas and Corona bottled beer for just AED 25 each all night long!
Join us on Sunday November 2nd from 6pm till 12 midnight to join in the fun!
